William J. Donawick, DVM - President/CEO and co-founder of the Company, is a veterinarian and emeritus professor of surgery at the University of Pennsylvania, where he served as Chief of Staff, a research scientist, teacher, veterinary surgeon, and innovator of new surgical techniques. Dr. Donawick was instrumental in the design and development of International WIN, Limited’s patented products. He is the author of more than 80 scientific papers and has contributed to several textbooks. He has lectured nationally and internationally to veterinarians in areas of leadership, business, and veterinary medicine and surgery

Melinda J. Tillett - Vice-President, Treasurer and Director of Distributor Sales, has been with the Company since 1990. She has extensive experience and training in bookkeeping, finance, and the use of the computers for inventory control, accounting, production and data management. Currently, Melinda oversees domestic and international distributors in addition to her financial, planning and marketing responsibilities for the Company. Melinda is also a successful, licensed Thoroughbred race horse trainer with 20 years of experience in horse care and race training. She works out of our Lovell, WY office.

Stephanie E. Thomas - joined International WIN, Ltd. in 2000. Stephanie is a talented lady, blessed with the ability to serve the needs of customers and vendors under all circumstances and has exceptional organizational ability, interest in the Company, and computer skills. She manages day-to-day activities and sales, and oversees daily office management.

Brian D. Joyce - joined International WIN, Ltd. in 1997 as Production Manager. In this role, Brian dispatches purchase orders for parts and supplies, oversees production, packaging and quality control of all products, coordinates the transportation of products for sterilization, and insures that International WIN, Ltd. has all required documentation, including proof of sterilization and sterility, for each lot of products produced before they are sold.

Bonnie J. Donawick - Secretary of the Corporation, also servers as Assistant Production Manager and Assistant Director of Sales. She arranges for International WIN Limited’s appearance at veterinary conferences and meetings. She corresponds with the directors of all the Technician Training Programs in the United States. Bonnie’s multi-functional role adds balance to the management team, providing uninterrupted quality manufacturing and seamless response to orders from veterinarians and distributors.

Production Team

Betsy Rivera, Ada Rivera, Betsy Rodriguez, Guadalupe Reyes, Adriana Vasques - assemble and package all of International WIN, Ltd.'s many and varied products. Their attention to detail and dedication toquality production are crucial to the success of the Company. They produce more than 250 thousands I.V. sets and related quality devices annually. A truly spectacular output for just 5 individuals.

All of our products are assembled in specifically designed facilities with micro-filter air-handling. Every reasonable step is taken to reduce contamination during production before sterilization. Only the highest quality materials and components are used. Strict quality control procedures are followed to insure the highest quality products are produced for your use.
