SHIPPING INFORMATION:
1. Orders will be shipped F.O.B. (or FCA outside U.S.A.), Kennett Square, PA U.S.A. 19348.
2. When possible the order will be shipped the same day received.
3. Overnight, second day, or three day service is available on request, at added cost.
4. Shortages of merchandise MUST be reported within 48 hours.
5. Freight loss/damage insurance available on request.
TERMS:
1. Visa/MasterCard/Discover/American Express, Approved Purchase Orders, Check in Advance, Bank Wire Transfers and C.O.D. Orders Accepted.
2. Our prices EXCLUDE brokerage, duty and shipping and handling fees.
3. Payable ONLY in U.S. dollars.
RETURNED GOODS POLICY:
1. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior authorization of an officer of International WIN, Ltd.
2. All requests must provide complete details for each item; quantity, lot number, and reason for return.
3. Full credit will be allowed only for:
a. Defective merchandise--products must be returned for quality assurance testing.
b. Merchandise shipped in error against purchase order.
c. Merchandise damaged in shipping--only if noted on receipt at time of delivery.
4. When merchandise is authorized to be returned for any reason, other than above, the amount of credit to be allowed will be:
75% -- less than one (l) year old
50% -- one (l) to two (2) years old
No credit -- more than two (2) years old
NOTE: Any unauthorized return of merchandise will be returned to the sender, freight collect.
SHIPPING TERMS -- Lost shipments are the responsibility of the purchaser. International WIN, Ltd. ships F.O.B. (in the United States of America) and Free Carrier (FCA), Kennett Square, PA 19348 or the terminal of the buyer-appointed carrier, forwarder or other buyer-appointed party, to international destinations.
Buyer is solely responsible for filing timely and proper claims against carrier if goods are lost or damaged in transit. Buyer assumes and shall bear all risk of loss or damage to any purchased goods sold once the purchased goods are delivered to the carrier. Seller assumes NO responsibilty for damage or loss in transit. Notify our sales person at the time of order placement if you want freight loss/damage insurance.
